1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bookmaker platform available at bookmaker.vin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "Bookmaker"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform — including Sports Betting, Bingo, VIP services, or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing Bookmaker from Pakistan and are written in plain English so they are straightforward to read and understand. If there is any part you are unsure about, please contact our support team before registering.

These Terms were last updated in July 2026. The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Accounts

To open a Bookmaker account you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. You must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Bookmaker reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — are not permitted. If we identify duplicate accounts associated with the same person, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts and void any balances or winnings held within them.

• You must be a natural person (not a company or automated agent) to hold an account.
• Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Bookmaker staff will never ask for your password. Do not share it with anyone.

We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, that false information was provided at registration, or that the account holder is under 18.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Bookmaker are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not charge currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may vary and is shown at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits are typically credited immediately; processing times depend on the payment method and the underlying network. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits generally clear within minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account.
• Withdrawals require identity verification to be completed before processing.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4 Sports Betting Rules

Bookmaker offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on Cricket, Football, Esports and a range of other sports markets. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, domestic matches and major international tournaments. Football and Esports markets are updated regularly based on scheduled events.

All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation is not available after confirmation except where explicitly stated in sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within the defined settlement period, specific rules for that market apply. These are displayed within each market.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are shown at the point of bet placement.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to restrict or limit betting markets on specific events at our discretion.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. Latency in connection may result in a bet being accepted at slightly different odds; the odds confirmed at acceptance apply.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing involvement, or technical errors in odds display.

Winnings from Sports Betting are credited to your main balance following settlement of the relevant event. Settlements are typically completed within a few hours of the event ending, though complex markets may take longer.

5 Bingo Rules

Bookmaker's Bingo section operates 90-ball and 75-ball games across multiple rooms throughout the day. Jackpot rooms run special prize pools during selected events, including PSL match nights. Each Bingo room displays its ticket price, prize structure and game schedule before you enter.

• Tickets must be purchased before the game begins. Late ticket purchases are not permitted once a game has started.
• Each game is operated using a certified random number generator (RNG). Results are independently verifiable.
• Prizes are awarded according to the prize structure displayed for each room. In the event of a tie for a full-house prize, the prize is split equally between winners.
• Jackpot prizes are awarded only when the winning condition is met within the specified number of calls, as displayed in the room details.
• Chat hosts may run bonus mini-games between rounds. Prizes from mini-games are credited separately and are not subject to wagering requirements unless stated.
• Technical disconnection during a game does not entitle a player to a refund if the game continues and results are generated.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bookmaker offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and event-specific promotions during PSL season and other major sports events. All active promotions are listed on the Promotions page.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all offers unless the individual promotion specifies otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued in bonus funds which are held separately from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 30x) is stated in each offer.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets generally contribute 100%; Bingo tickets may contribute at a different rate as stated per offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

7 VIP Programme

The Bookmaker VIP Programme is a tier-based loyalty system that rewards players based on their activity on the Platform. Tiers are assigned automatically based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period. Benefits include weekly cashback, personalised reload bonuses, birthday gifts, and priority support access.

• VIP tier eligibility and benefit schedules are published on the VIP page and updated periodically.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to a stated wagering requirement.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the individual account holder.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, modify benefits, or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including the use of bonus funds from VIP rewards to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in VIP status being revoked.

8 Player Conduct

Bookmaker expects all players to use the Platform fairly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds for systematic gain ("bonus abuse" or "arbing" in bad faith).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pooling accounts for coordinated advantage.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age at registration.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or Bookmaker staff.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

Where Bookmaker identifies any of the above, we reserve the right to withhold winnings pending investigation, close the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Responsible Gaming

We want Bookmaker to be a source of entertainment, not stress. Online gaming carries a risk of problem gambling, and we take our responsibility to help players manage that risk seriously. Bookmaker provides the following tools directly within account settings — no support ticket required:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a chosen period.
• Reality check alerts: Periodic on-screen messages showing time spent and net activity during a session.

All Bookmaker services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has access to your account, please contact support immediately and change your password. We encourage all players to keep their accounts private and to use device parental controls where appropriate.

10 Privacy & Data

Bookmaker collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention.
• We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable record-keeping obligations.
• You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to correct inaccurate information by contacting support.

11 Limitation of Liability

Bookmaker provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim for continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

• Bookmaker is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore access promptly.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from player decisions, including decisions made based on incorrect personal interpretation of odds or game rules.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout being credited, Bookmaker reserves the right to correct the balance and recover the incorrectly credited amount.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

12 Changes to These Terms

Bookmaker reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an in-platform message.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
